Beauty Advisor – Up to $2,000 + Commission

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to join our retail team across Singapore. You will provide personalized beauty consultations, recommend suitable products, and help customers enjoy a memorable in‑store experience while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored beauty, skincare and cosmetics advice to each customer.
• Create an engaging and welcoming store environment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest beauty trends, product launches and techniques.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
• Support daily operations such as stock replenishment and inventory management.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty, skincare and cosmetics.
• Strong communication and customer‑engagement skills.
• Positive, service‑oriented mindset.
• Previous retail or beauty experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays.
