BIM Manager

About the role

Kyoob Architects is looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM standards, model governance and multidisciplinary coordination across its Singapore architectural projects. The role will work closely with project teams and the Penang BIM support centre, using ArchiCAD as the primary BIM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Kyoob’s BIM standards, templates, libraries, naming conventions and QA/QC checklists.
• Establish and maintain project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ensure teams follow agreed BIM workflows.
• Set up and manage BIM project environments, including Teamwork, BIMcloud, CDE protocols and model segmentation.
• Lead regular coordination routines such as model audits, issue logging, coordination workshops and closure tracking.
• Support project teams in translating design intent into coordinated, buildable documentation and manage programme tracking, drawing issue planning and consultant coordination.
• Mentor BIM modellers, drafters and architects, create quick guides and SOPs, and support onboarding and training.
• Evaluate and implement BIM tools and plugins, act as escalation point for advanced BIM troubleshooting and recommend workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, BIM or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years BIM experience with at least 2 years in a coordination or management capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Graphisoft ArchiCAD (Teamwork, BIMx, BIMcloud) and working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is an advantage.
• Experience developing and maintaining BEPs, running coordination and QA/QC routines across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ability to lead coordination meetings.
