Business Analyst Internship – Travel Retail

About the role

This 6‑month internship supports Dior's travel retail business by turning data into actionable insights. You will work closely with retail and commercial teams to improve store performance across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries (sell‑out, productivity, door performance) with commentary and action points.
• Track key retail KPIs, support expense tracking versus budget, and assist with simple ROI calculations for store investments.
• Conduct market and door analysis, summarise trends, competitor activity and performance across countries, and highlight opportunities and risks.
• Present insights and recommendations in weekly commercial/retail meetings and produce stakeholder‑ready presentations.

Required profile

• Enrolment in a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Availability for a full‑time 6‑month internship from June/July to December 2026.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem‑solving and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable working with commercial stakeholders and communicating findings clearly.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
• PowerPoint and Power BI for data visualisation.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
