Business Analyst

About the role

KLA makes inspection tools, metrology systems and process solutions for the semiconductor industry. This Business Analyst role sits within the Global Operations (GOPS) team, which covers Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation and Quality, and works with the global supply base and design engineering teams to build better, faster and more cost-efficient solutions. The role advances business priorities by delivering high-impact work across its area of expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, supply chain, manufacturing or related functions.
• Experience supporting semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing or global operations environments.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience supporting large-scale business transformation or ERP implementation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing presentations for management and executive audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA business processes.
• Analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Foundry, Tableau or similar.
• Knowledge management systems, training development and process documentation.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Service Operations, Inventory Management or Procurement processes.
• Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Facilitating cross-functional meetings and working groups.
