Business Controller (9‑12 Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Controller to join our dynamic APMO zone on a 9‑to‑12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be responsible for accurate reporting, forecasting and budgeting across multiple affiliates operating in around 22 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute actual reporting, budget and long‑term plan processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions from affiliates.
• Review affiliates’ financial performance data and provide insightful analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and tools to improve visibility of regional performance.
• Collaborate with Group Finance, IT and BI teams to leverage technology for analytics and process improvement.
• Mentor junior business analysts and share best practices within the FP&A community.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses and support strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting and management reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and cultural adaptability.
• Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
