Business Development Manager – Regional Growth & Strategic Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth across Singapore and regional markets. Reporting to the COO, you will work closely with senior leadership to identify new opportunities, forge strategic partnerships and support market expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities in Singapore and overseas markets.
• Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis and feasibility studies to inform expansion plans.
• Explore new revenue streams, strategic investments and partnership opportunities.
• Support the launch and setup of new ventures and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, industry stakeholders and prospective customers.
• Lead partnership discussions, commercial negotiations and represent the company at industry events.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare business cases, reports, proposals and presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and work closely with the COO on strategic projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong commercial acumen are welcome; 2–4 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, partnerships or consulting is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to evaluate market data.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management capabilities.
