Business Finance Analyst, Central Intelligence and Analytics

About the role

Google is looking for a Business Finance Analyst to join its Central Intelligence and Analytics (CIA) team in APAC. You will work on full‑funnel advertising business insights, helping senior leaders make data‑driven decisions that improve performance and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a regular reporting cadence to surface insights into the ups and downs of the full‑funnel ads business.
• Own and manage the business performance problem‑solving agenda, delivering proactive and reactive analyses.
• Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts and variance analyses for the APAC Ads business.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate marketing objectives into financial insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership with clear, credible messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, consulting or a related function, or an advanced degree.
• Proven experience executing full‑cycle FP&A functions (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling) in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of advertisers’ marketing objectives and familiarity with display or video ads businesses.
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, unstructured environment.
