Cafe Crew Member

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Cafe Crew Member to join Aureffle across Singapore. The role involves preparing food and beverages, serving customers and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, milkshakes and other beverages using an espresso machine and follow standard recipes.
• Scoop and serve ice cream, and prepare waffles and pancakes with proper portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, including tables, counters, equipment, floors and toilets throughout the shift.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and ensure the café is fully cleaned and organized before leaving.

Required profile

• Basic cafe knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Friendly, polite attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash or POS transactions if required.
• Commitment to follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Required skills

• Operation of espresso machine for coffee preparation.
• Ice‑cream scooping and dessert preparation.
• Waffle and pancake cooking according to recipes.
• Food Safety Course Level 1 certification.
