Casualty Facultative Broker

About the role

Guy Carpenter is seeking an experienced Casualty Facultative Broker to join its Singapore office. You will manage new, renewal and prospective facultative business while driving growth and maintaining strong market relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of casualty facultative business, including marketing, solicitation, research, financial analysis, placement execution and documentation.
• Develop and deliver presentations for clients and reinsurers, and identify new client relationships.
• Lead business development initiatives to grow the casualty facultative portfolio.
• Collaborate with brokers, technical support and placement teams to ensure efficient broking processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and professional standards.

Required profile

• More than 8 years of international casualty facultative broking experience.
• Strong technical reinsurance expertise in casualty lines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines and work effectively in a team.
