About the role

The Chief Cook will lead the kitchen team at Goldenbright Family, ensuring that every dish meets the company’s quality and safety standards. This executive‑level position requires strong operational oversight and a commitment to delivering excellent food service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to standard operating procedures.
• Allocate duties and supervise kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure all orders are completed on time and to the expected quality.
• Manage stock checking, inventory control, and ordering of supplies.
• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards throughout the kitchen.
• Store, prepare, and present food safely and hygienically.
• Build and sustain relationships with key clients and wholesale buyers.
• Work night shifts, split shifts, and be available for extra hours or weekends as needed.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a team.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
