Chief of Staff – Financial Services

About the role

The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, driving execution of enterprise‑wide priorities and ensuring disciplined follow‑through across the organization. This high‑impact position works at the heart of decision‑making within a regulated financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to translate strategy into executable initiatives.
• Track and drive delivery of transformation programs and enterprise‑wide priorities.
• Prepare board‑level and executive presentations, strategy papers, and decision briefs.
• Support Board, Management Committee, and regulatory engagements.
• Document, communicate, and execute leadership decisions.
• Align business, risk, compliance, finance, technology, and operations.
• Oversee management reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Assist with business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal on MAS interactions, audits, and issue remediation.
• Support talent planning, organizational effectiveness, and leadership communications.
• Lead confidential, high‑impact projects on behalf of the CEO.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Background in Chief of Staff, strategy, consulting, or senior management roles.
• Strong understanding of regulated environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and execution abilities.
