Chief of Staff – Strategic Partner to CEO

About the role

The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, turning strategy into concrete actions and ensuring disciplined execution across the firm. This senior position sits at the heart of decision‑making in a regulated financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to translate corporate strategy into executable initiatives.
• Track and drive delivery of enterprise‑wide priorities and transformation programmes.
• Prepare board‑level and executive presentations, strategy papers, and decision briefs.
• Support Board, Management Committee, and regulatory engagements, including MAS interactions.
• Oversee management reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Assist with business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate alignment across risk, compliance, legal, finance, technology, and operations.
• Lead confidential, high‑impact projects on behalf of the CEO.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Background in Chief of Staff, strategy, consulting, or senior management roles.
• Strong understanding of regulated environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and execution abilities.
