About the role
A multinational air conditioning company is looking for a Chiller Service Engineer in Yishun, Singapore. The role covers the full product cycle, from research and development through to after-sales service, and involves testing new products before they are sent to customer sites.
Key responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for new products before dispatching them to the customer site (testing).
- Handle commercial air-cooled and water-cooled chiller customer complaints.
- Carry out hands-on technical fault rectification, preventive maintenance, testing and commissioning.
- Take part in the entire product cycle, from research and development to after-sales service.
- Update documentation and close service logs.
Required profile
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 years of technical experience with knowledge of air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems.
- Ability to read drawings.
- Class 3 driving licence is an added advantage.
