Civil & Structural Engineer – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Join Surbana Jurong as an Engineer/Executive Engineer focusing on civil and structural infrastructure projects in Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality design, supervision and coordination for a variety of local civil works.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, supervise and coordinate civil engineering, infrastructural and site works for local projects.
• Perform civil, structural and geotechnical design, analysis and assessment.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with statutory standards, regulations and codes of practice.
• Manage and liaise with project stakeholders, clients, contractors, site teams, consultants and relevant authorities.
• Assist the Team Leader in maintaining high quality standards of design and supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent recognised by PEB.
• 3–5 years of design and site experience in civil and infrastructure engineering projects.
• Familiarity with structural and geotechnical design in Eurocodes.
• Experience with authorities submission requirements and project management for civil/infrastructure projects.
