Clinic Support Officer – Front Desk & Patient Services

About the role

The Clinic Support Officer will be the first point of contact for patients at the NTU Chinese Medicine Clinic. This role combines front‑desk administration with patient coordination to ensure smooth clinic operations and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone enquiries and manage appointment bookings for patients.
• Match patients with appropriate physicians, considering preferences and well‑being.
• Handle daily front‑desk cash collections with accuracy and proper record‑keeping.
• Provide customer service including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and relationship management.
• Support day‑to‑day clinic operations and undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Diploma from a recognised polytechnic or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a front‑desk or TCM clinic setting.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service‑oriented, professional, detail‑oriented and a committed team player.

Required skills
