Clinical Research Assistant – Office Hours (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

The Clinical Research Assistant will support Clinical Project Managers in the day‑to‑day administration of clinical trials. This entry‑level position is based in Singapore and follows regular office hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Project Managers with trial administration tasks.
• Maintain and update the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) ensuring GCP compliance.
• Track study budgets, process invoices and coordinate with vendors.
• Organise study logistics, schedule meetings and arrange training sessions.
• Prepare and maintain study trackers, reports and trial documentation.
• Support updates to SOPs and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (preferred).
• Exposure to clinical trials, clinical research or a CTA role is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
• Familiarity with eTMF systems and trial documentation processes.
• Basic knowledge of budget tracking and invoice handling.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between SGD 5,000 and SGD 5,500.
