CNC Machine Maintenance Technician (Oil & Gas)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to support our oil & gas manufacturing operations in Jurong. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing CNC turning and milling equipment to ensure high‑spec component production with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC turning and milling machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Diagnose faults in CNC systems, including drives, motors, and control units.
• Conduct routine inspections, calibration, and alignment of machinery.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and spare‑parts inventory.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimise performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and oil & gas industry regulations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience maintaining CNC turning and milling machines.
• Strong knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc or Siemens.
• Hands‑on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and precision machining equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings, electrical schematics and machine manuals.
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical abilities, able to work independently under pressure.
• Readiness to respond to emergency breakdowns.
