Community Manager – Web3, Crypto & Blockchain

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Community Manager who will own and grow our Web3, crypto and blockchain community. You will be the voice of Luxury District across Discord, Telegram, X and other channels, fostering an inclusive, engaged environment for luxury‑focused members.

Key responsibilities

• Build, nurture and moderate online communities on Discord, Telegram, X and relevant platforms.
• Create and schedule community‑focused content, announcements, polls, meme contests and quizzes.
• Organise and host AMAs, live streams and virtual events, moderating discussions and collecting questions.
• Gather community feedback, monitor sentiment and report insights to product and marketing teams.
• Design and manage token, NFT or membership engagement programmes.
• Drive community growth through cross‑promotions, referral mechanics and ambassador collaborations.
• Respond quickly to crises such as hacks, token crashes or negative news, calming the community and providing accurate information.

Required profile

• Proven experience moderating Discord and Telegram communities, including spam removal, banning scammers and answering user queries.
• Strong ability to create engaging content and run interactive community activities.
• Comfortable coordinating with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with company goals.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to handling issues and gathering feedback.
