About the role
We are looking for a Construction Supervisor to oversee site activities and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a contract position with a monthly salary range of SGD 3,300 to 3,500. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise workers, subcontractors, and overall site activities.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Monitor work quality and construction progress.
- Enforce health and safety procedures on site.
- Identify and resolve site problems promptly.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
- Maintain daily site reports and records.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements.
