Consumer Personal Systems Category Manager - SEA Gaming

About the role

This role manages the Gaming product line and contributes to defining business plans and growth strategies for Southeast Asia. It works with internal teams to execute category plans, monitors KPIs to spot improvement areas, and builds relationships with partners. The position is based in Singapore on a full-time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to defining the category business plan and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of category plans.
• Monitor KPIs and sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback and data to turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Represent the team at a senior level with the sales force and other partners, and hold responsibility for product line and quota management.
• Oversee areas such as market analysis and marketing engagement, and participate in partnership engagements with external IT vendors.
• Develop the HyperX gaming ecosystem in Southeast Asia.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 4-7 years of experience, preferably in category management, P&L management or a related field; an advanced degree with 3-5 years of experience is also acceptable.
• Deep insight into the gaming industry.
