Conveyancing Secretary – Property & Real Estate Law

About the role

Our client, a well‑established law firm in Singapore, is expanding its Property & Real Estate practice and seeks experienced Conveyancing Secretaries. The role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial transactions while delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full cycle of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
• Draft, review and negotiate sale and purchase agreements and related legal documents.
• Prepare mortgage, refinancing and banking documentation.
• Conduct legal due diligence, title investigations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with clients, banks, government authorities, developers and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
• Attend to completion matters, registration and post‑completion documentation.

Required profile

• Qualified to practise law in Singapore.
• 2–8 years post‑qualification experience in conveyancing and real estate matters.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore property and land law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
