Corporate Lawyer – Singapore

About the role
We are seeking newly qualified or experienced corporate lawyers to join our expanding corporate practice in Singapore. The successful candidate will be admitted to the Singapore Bar and will work on a range of corporate legal matters.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to corporate clients on transactions, governance and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, contracts and corporate documents.
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate restructurings.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore law and advise on risk mitigation.
Required profile
- Admission to the Singapore Bar.
- Either newly qualified or several years of experience in corporate law.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Required skills
- Corporate law expertise.
- Contract drafting and negotiation.
- Knowledge of Singapore corporate regulations.
