About the role
We are partnering with an international law firm to hire a Legal Associate for its Corporate M&A practice. The role involves advising on a broad range of corporate transactions and supporting clients throughout the deal lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on private M&A, joint ventures, disposals and venture capital investments.
- Conduct and lead due diligence on transactions.
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) at a reputable law firm, preferably in Corporate/M&A.
- Qualified to practice in Singapore, England & Wales, or another common‑law jurisdiction.
- Exceptional drafting ability and strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding academic credentials and communication skills.
- Proactive, solutions‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
