Corporate Secretary Executive

About the role

We are expanding our Singapore operations and are looking for a qualified Corporate Secretary Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate statutory filings and maintaining corporate governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit all ACRA filings, including BizFile submissions, annual returns and statutory documents.
• Manage company incorporations and changes to corporate structure.
• Oversee ongoing corporate compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Support AML, KYC and CDD processes to meet legal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure seamless governance.

Required profile

• Valid ACRA Registered Qualified Individual (RQI) status.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a licensed Corporate Service Provider (CSP).
• Hands‑on experience with BizFile, ACRA filings, company incorporations, annual returns and corporate compliance.
