CPS SG Project/Process Engineer

About the role

Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (Coca-Cola Singapore) is a strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in Asia, an export facility producing concentrates and beverage bases for the ASEAN, South Pacific and Southwest Asia business units. It is looking for a CPS SG Project/Process Engineer based in Tuas, Singapore. Due to Singapore statutory regulations, applicants with a current right to work in Singapore and who do not need visa sponsorship are prioritized.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes and create actions to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Review and improve manufacturing processes, recommending, innovating and implementing revised methods and processes in the plant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for all manufacturing work centers and plant facilities.
• Lead, coordinate and implement CAPEX investments, equipment installations and process improvement projects, including site acceptance tests, commissioning, installation qualification, operational qualification and performance reviews.
• Provide engineering support to all other functions in the plant.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Food Science or a related field.
• 2 years' experience in liquid manufacturing or liquid batch processing environments, preferably involving blending, mixing, piping/transfer systems or CIP processes.
• Experience delivering system enhancements.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders is strongly desired.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.

Required skills

• Project management skills including planning and organizing.
• Influencing skills and strong problem identification, root cause analysis and preventative measures.
• Strong knowledge of PIDs, pipefitting, electrical, controls, pumps, mixers, compressors, welding and general building repair.
• Skills listed: Installation Qualification (IQ), Liquid Processing, Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT), Process Improvements, Project Commissioning, Project Management.
