Crew Operations Specialist – Singapore

About the role

The Crew Operations Specialist supports the daily movement and onboarding of Disney Cruise Line crew members for the Disney Adventure home‑ported in Singapore. This office‑based position works closely with port agents, terminal operations, crew travel and training teams to ensure a smooth crew arrival experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day logistics for crew arrivals, onboarding and special activations.
• Coordinate with external partners such as port agents and terminal operators.
• Serve as the primary liaison between regional procurement allies and internal DCL partners.
• Provide on‑site support for crew movement, including emergency coverage.
• Assist with the implementation of DCL training strategies and onboarding coordination.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle on‑call emergency situations related to crew movement.
