Culture & Change Partner – APAC

About the role

The Culture & Change Partner will drive and embed the One Company culture across the APAC region. Working closely with Global Culture & Change, APAC HR Business Partners and business leaders, you will translate global frameworks into locally relevant initiatives that strengthen leadership behaviours, collaboration and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support rollout and localisation of the One Company cultural pillars – Lead, Collaborate & Perform.
• Translate global culture guardrails into country‑level actions, workshops and leadership practices.
• Act as the APAC single point of contact for culture initiatives, communications and integration into regional forums.
• Design and facilitate culture, leadership and team‑effectiveness workshops, including post‑Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) sessions.
• Embed culture principles into performance management, leadership development and engagement processes.
• Lead change management activities for structured initiatives and Post‑Merger Integration, applying stakeholder mapping, communication planning and adoption tracking.
• Build and enable the APAC Cultural Influencer network, providing toolkits and facilitation support.
• Analyse ESS and engagement data, identify themes and track the impact of culture programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in HR, with 1.5–2 years focused on culture, change or organisational development.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive cultural transformation across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate survey insights into actionable plans.
