Customer Retention Specialist – Insurance Call Centre (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

Join a dynamic insurance call centre as a Customer Retention Specialist on a 1‑year contract. You will engage directly with policyholders, helping them understand their benefits, resolve payment issues, and keep their coverage active.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to address overdue premiums and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Educate customers on policy features and coverage continuity.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up promptly on open cases.
• Achieve individual performance targets for productivity, recovery, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with data confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of telemarketing or customer‑service experience in a fast‑paced contact‑centre environment.
• Experience in the insurance sector is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications in BCP, PGI, and HI.
• Mandarin fluency to manage Chinese‑language portfolios.
• Strong emotional resilience and composure in sensitive conversations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using telephony systems.
• Familiarity with policy administration systems.
