Customer Service Executive (One-Year Contract)

About the role

Guess Europe is hiring a Customer Service Executive on a one-year contract in Singapore. The role coordinates buying, retail, logistics and partner management, supports seasonal buying, manages retail order fulfilment and stock allocation, handles documentation and shipment processes, and ensures import/export compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support seasonal and factory buys: share product presentations and buying materials with partners, answer their queries, distribute factory line offers and collect their feedback
• Handle sales orders: upload them with the Sales Team, inform clients of shortages, changes or delays, and track arrivals at the SG warehouse
• Coordinate outbound forecasts, documentation and shipments: manage prebolla/Sessione, packing lists, commercial invoices, DDTs and invoices, monitor accounts receivable and coordinate shipment handovers
• Manage import/export for Asian partners, including Form D applications and outgoing distributions
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc business reports
• Fulfil retail orders, prepare weekly stock reports, distribute stock to stores according to visual merchandising guidelines, raise new orders and allocate open stock, and verify price lists before distribution

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales operations, logistics or retail operations preferred
• Good understanding of order management, inventory control and shipment processes
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation is an advantage
• Strong English written and verbal communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
• Organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks at once
