Customer Service Officer – Aviation (Airport)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our airport team in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering a seamless passenger experience and supporting daily airport operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team handling daily airport service operations, making final decisions to ensure passenger satisfaction.
• Guide, develop, motivate and mentor new and existing staff while upholding high standards of service, grooming and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines and airport authorities.
• Assist the Duty Manager with staff deployment based on agreed service standards with airlines and airport authorities.

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Cheerful disposition with good interpersonal skills.
• Team player able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Independent, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
