Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

You will protect Changi Airport’s systems, applications and infrastructure from cyber threats. The role combines vulnerability management, security controls implementation, secure development, and incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Assess design proposals and oversee external providers for annual vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Recommend and apply security controls based on OWASP Top 10, NIST, CIS and ISO 27001 standards.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, configurations and standards.
• Integrate secure coding practices throughout the SDLC and work with developers to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Monitor logs, detect malicious activity, coordinate incident response and lead recovery actions.
• Stay current with emerging threats, attend training and share knowledge with colleagues.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, ICT or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM or CompTIA Security+ preferred.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• At least 5 years of experience designing security solutions and managing contractors.
