Demand Planner (1-year Contract)

About the role

Join the LEGO Group as a Demand Planner on a 1‑year contract and help ensure the right products reach the right markets at the right time. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams within the Singapore Malaysia Travel Retail Business Unit to create accurate forecasts for new product launches, promotions and account‑level plans.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with BU sales and marketing to develop forecasts and insights for new products, promotions and account plans.
• Build dashboards, analyse historical data and perform benchmark analysis to set appropriate forecast levels for key SKUs.
• Develop SKU‑level forecasts using statistical models and insights from cross‑functional teams.
• Align short‑term and long‑term plans between BU and Regional Demand Planning to maintain optimal inventory across the value chain.
• Monitor BU performance, trigger corrective actions when needed, and actively participate in the S&OP process.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Operations or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) or commercial planning.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across sales, marketing and operations teams.
