Desktop Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Desktop Support Analyst to provide L2/L3 assistance across end‑user computing environments. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operation of hardware, software and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, networking and security technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, peripherals and related software.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Assist in the setup and deployment of new IT equipment.

Required profile

• Friendly with excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in desktop support or a similar IT role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS) and network fundamentals.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Proactive mindset focused on streamlining processes and enhancing user experience.
