People Analytics & Metrics Manager

About the role

Mastercard’s People Insights Team is looking for a Manager, People Analytics & Metrics Consultant to shape talent strategy and enhance employee experience through data‑driven insights. You will work within a global consulting team, collaborating across regions and time zones to turn complex people data into actionable narratives for senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis across the employee lifecycle, covering listening, talent, performance, learning, and workforce dynamics.
• Translate insights into strategic decisions that deliver measurable business value.
• Develop and deliver compelling, data‑driven stories for C‑suite and HR leadership.
• Partner proactively with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, Finance, and Strategy teams to drive analytics initiatives.
• Maintain data integrity and governance, working closely with privacy and compliance teams.
• Respond to ad‑hoc data requests while prioritising strategic projects.
• Stay current on industry trends and introduce innovative analytical products.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering actionable insights and narratives in a global or matrixed HR environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and staying abreast of people‑analytics trends.
• Judgment and discretion in handling highly sensitive employee data.
