Disputes Lawyer (2-6 PQE)

About the role

Join a leading Singapore law firm as an Associate or Senior Associate in its Dispute Resolution team. You will work on a broad range of contentious matters, from commercial litigation and arbitration to regulatory advisory, gaining exposure to both contentious and non‑contentious work.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in commercial litigation, arbitration and regulatory proceedings.
• Draft and review pleadings, submissions, contracts and advisory documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic input on complex disputes and corporate matters.
• Support general corporate and advisory work, including compliance and transactional matters.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties and regulators to ensure effective case management.

Required profile

• Singapore‑qualified lawyer with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience.
• Solid background in dispute resolution; regulatory advisory experience is a plus.
• Strong drafting, analytical and advocacy abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while contributing to a team.
• Proactive, adaptable and motivated to deepen expertise across disputes and corporate advisory.
