E-Commerce Analyst & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Analyst / Specialist to drive our online sales across multiple marketplaces. The role focuses on managing Reolink’s official website and Amazon stores for Australia, Europe and the US, while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain e‑commerce storefronts on Amazon and the company website, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
• Upload and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions and item specifics for target markets.
• Conduct keyword research and listing optimisation to boost visibility and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts and sponsored listings tailored to each market.
• Monitor order processing, coordinate fulfilment and meet platform performance standards.
• Track sales, traffic and conversion data, provide actionable insights and continuously refine pricing and product strategies.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines to protect account health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
• 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing an e‑commerce website or marketplace store.
• Strong understanding of Amazon, Shopee and Lazada platform policies.
• Familiarity with website traffic, conversion metrics and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in cross‑border B2C e‑commerce, especially in Australia, Europe or the US, is an advantage.
