Ecommerce Logistics Leader

About the role

Decathlon Singapore is looking for an Ecommerce Logistics Leader to run the country-wide e-commerce fulfillment strategy. The role bridges digital demand and physical execution, driving operational excellence, efficiency and a world-class customer experience. It covers operations, network performance, last-mile delivery and transport leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Demand and capacity planning with the Digital team, and infrastructure optimization that scales during peak omni-channel campaigns
• Quality assurance of fulfillment workflows and tech ecosystem alignment with APAC technical teams
• Manage core e-commerce operational KPIs with transport and operations teams, and standardize SOPs for online order preparation
• Drive productivity, picking accuracy and on-time shipping (SLA), and mentor the Ship-from-Store and warehouse teams
• Monitor logistics costs and transport balances, and negotiate packaging suppliers for the Zero Plastic initiative
• Work with the Voice of Customer team and Customer Service to resolve order issues quickly
• Co-develop last-mile delivery initiatives with the Last-Mile Lead, manage 3PL carrier relationships and take part in weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Take part in the yearly transport tendering process to optimize transport costs

Required profile

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce operations
• Hands-on approach, including working on the shop floor
• Customer-centric, cost-conscious and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organization skills to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
