Employment Law Consultant (Legal Advisor)

About the role

Axiom is seeking experienced employment lawyers to provide legal support to APAC HR functions for Fortune 500 clients. The role involves advising on a wide range of employment‑related matters and delivering high‑quality legal services across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide subject‑matter legal advice on employee relations, workplace policies, terminations and labour‑law compliance.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements and other employment‑related documents.
• Assist in resolving employment disputes, including handling grievances, mediations and representing the company in litigation.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure alignment with legal requirements and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law, preferably from corporates, financial institutions or law firms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
