About the role

HDB is hiring an Estate Executive for Housing Maintenance (HMG) within an HDB office. You will join a dynamic team serving residents through quality housing and maintenance services, based at the Toa Payoh branch.

Key responsibilities

Address residents' feedback on maintenance matters
Manage lease and tenancy of HDB flats, such as checking on illegal sub-letting and excessive noise complaints
Work with flat owners and tenants on mortgage loan and rent settlements
Coordinate and monitor car park improvement works
Take part in estate renewal projects such as HIP and LUP

Required profile

A relevant technical background or experience (e.g. estate management) is advantageous but not necessary
Effective communication skills and a passion to serve
Ability to work independently, confidence and assertiveness, and willingness to learn
Willingness to work beyond normal hours and perform light physical work such as checking ceiling leaks or drainage pipes

What we offer

Successful candidates receive a 1+1 year contract in the instance
