About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the APAC Regional Business Director. This senior administrative professional will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, manage complex schedules, and drive key regional initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the director’s calendar across multiple time zones, schedule internal and external meetings, and prioritize appointments.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials for senior leadership forums.
- Provide project management support for regional projects, tracking deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and detailed itineraries.
- Act as liaison between the director and internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Marketing, Commercial) and external partners, vendors and agencies.
- Maintain confidential information with discretion and organize digital and physical filing systems.
- Support team engagement activities, leadership meetings and regional events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role, preferably supporting regional or senior executives.
- Experience in project management within a multinational or APAC environment is an advantage.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
