Executive Communications Manager

About the role

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is looking for an Executive Communications Manager to join its growing strategic communications function. The role covers the full suite of strategic and integrated communications work and drives publicity to enhance the image of BCA and the built environment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to turn information from multiple sources into comprehensive communications strategies that deliver policy outcomes for different target audiences.
• Conceptualise and run integrated, targeted communications campaigns and programmes, including content strategy and multi-channel delivery.
• Prepare, analyse and use data analytics to guide media communications, manage media queries and interviews, prepare press materials and pitch stories to the media.
• Work with the digital team to curate content that is creative and engaging.
• Manage stakeholder issues and develop a crisis communications plan.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in communications or marketing-related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in integrated communications, including media and campaign management and digital marketing.
• Proven project management track record for integrated campaigns with tangible outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a people-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
