Executive Director – Relationship Manager, Wealth Management

About the role

Nomura is seeking an Executive Director to lead relationship management for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients in its International Wealth Management division. You will shape investment strategies, deepen client trust, and drive growth across Singapore and the broader region.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and deepen long‑term relationships with new and existing U/HNW individuals.
• Identify prospects, acquire new clients and introduce them to suitable investment opportunities.
• Deliver tailored product solutions while ensuring full KYC, call reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with product and service specialists to develop new business offerings.
• Achieve revenue and AUM targets, contributing to the division’s bottom line.
• Maintain compliance with bank, regulatory and anti‑money‑laundering requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Business or Finance.
• At least 8 years of wealth‑management or private‑banking experience serving high‑net‑worth clients.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, asset classes, risk management and estate planning.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients through referrals, personal network and proactive outreach.
