Experienced Chef – Full Time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chef to lead our kitchen operations at Four Seasons Food Central. The successful candidate will prepare high‑quality meals, oversee kitchen staff, and ensure strict food safety standards while contributing to menu innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes in line with menu specifications and seasonal ingredients.
• Update menus in collaboration with management, incorporating customer preferences.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and comply with health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices.
• Control kitchen budget, minimize waste, and ensure timely service during operating hours.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Chef, Head Chef, Sous Chef or similar role.
• Culinary school diploma or degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
