Facilities Management Associate

About the role

The Facilities Management (FM) Associate will join the FM team to support the maintenance and operation of Surbana Jurong's facilities in Singapore. This role involves coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across building, mechanical, electrical, cleaning, horticultural and landscaping services.
• Manage work orders, issue instructions to subcontractors, and monitor performance through audits and inspections.
• Utilise the ITeFM computerised FM system for scheduling, costing, certification, and reporting.
• Coordinate and consolidate client work requests, ensuring all relevant documentation is complete.
• Conduct building inspections, audits, and provide cost estimates using fixed schedules of rates.
• Respond to emergency call‑outs after hours when on standby duty.

Required profile

• Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in a building‑related field (e.g., FM, Mechanical, Electrical).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in construction or building maintenance is an advantage.
• Proactive, independent, and responsible with a good conduct record and security awareness.
