Facilities Manager - Singapore

About the role

JLL is hiring a Facilities Manager for Singapore, overseeing the end-to-end occupant and guest experience across its portfolio of buildings in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. The role acts as the main link between the SEA client and the JLL Workplace team, supporting account initiatives and delivering an exceptional workplace experience through human-centric, engagement-focused activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage teams, site operations, service contracts, sourcing and procurement, and financial decisions while maintaining safe working practices
• Build and develop the Workplace Team, leverage technology and digital platforms to improve efficiency and personalize the employee experience, and create spaces for collaboration and community
• Manage client relationships, meet or exceed KPIs and deliver high-quality service
• Lead the team, run trainings and performance assessments, manage resourcing and build a succession plan for key team members and on-site vendors
• Oversee operational requirements, streamline procedures and performance metrics, and drive regional and client-specific initiatives
• Ensure site financial operations meet targets, comply with health, safety, environment and risk policies, and maintain data integrity with periodic audits
• Meet or exceed SLA/KPI scores, share information and reports on the client portal, and hire, train and retain staff
• Monitor and manage staff performance, resolve user complaints, and audit supplier and vendor performance
• Conduct regular floor inspections, monitor the work order system, support out-of-hours and emergency issues, coordinate churn and minor works, oversee change management, report incidents and maintain an up-to-date vendor contract database
• Oversee vendor procurement, prepare tender documentation and negotiate contracts, and deliver reports and presentations

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in facility management or hospitality
• Ideal: excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and adaptation skills in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical, organized and administrative skills
• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or a related field is an added benefit but not required
• Understanding of building engineering services is a benefit
