About the role

Ultimate Performance (UP) is seeking a Female Personal Trainer to join its Singapore team. You will deliver highly personalised 1‑2‑1 coaching, designing bespoke training and nutrition plans that align with each client’s goals, lifestyle, and history.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct private, one‑on‑one training sessions for female clients.
• Develop customized workout and nutrition programs based on individual assessments.
• Maintain high‑quality, results‑driven training standards while respecting cultural preferences.
• Collaborate with a world‑class team of PTs and participate in structured onboarding and continuous education.
• Support the growing female client base and contribute to a respectful, client‑focused environment.
