Field Operations Technician – TES Equipment

About the role

The Field Operations Technician supports senior staff in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of TES equipment at various field sites. Working under general supervision, the role focuses on functional checks, battery charging, and routine testing while ensuring safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in setting up and initiating operations of TES equipment at field locations.
• Perform battery charging, semi‑routine testing, and troubleshooting using test equipment, hand tools, and operator manuals.
• Identify and analyse equipment malfunctions at the module level.
• Maintain accurate records of operator activities, preventive maintenance checks, and system performance data in line with contractual and company requirements.
• Participate actively in team discussions and collaborate with other technicians to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Execute additional duties as assigned, including deviations from standard procedures when necessary.
