Finance Associate Programme – Graduate Rotational Role

About the role

The Finance Associate Programme (FAP) is AGD’s flagship management associate scheme designed to build a pipeline of finance talent for the public sector. Fresh graduates rotate across key finance, operations and policy functions within the Whole‑of‑Government, gaining a solid foundation for future leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine financial systems, policies and analytics across government ministries.
• Support the preparation of budgets, financial reports and liquidity management.
• Participate in internal audit, control reviews and programme evaluations.
• Drive business‑process transformation and adoption of financial analytics.
• Undertake postings in various ministries and agencies to gain broad public‑finance exposure.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Accountancy, Business, Data Analytics, Economics or Finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Dynamic, innovative and resilient with a collaborative team spirit.
• Leadership potential and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
