Finance Controller – Manufacturing (SGX Listed)

About the role
The company, an SGX‑listed manufacturing firm, is seeking a Finance Controller to lead financial management, statutory compliance and reporting for the Group.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial management and reporting for the Group.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and SGX listing requirements.
- Manage statutory compliance and regulatory obligations.
- Support operational performance and cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
Required profile
- Degree in Accountancy or Business Finance.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and operational skills.
- Ability to act as a business partner and engage with multiple stakeholders.
Required skills
- Cost accounting.
- Financial reporting.
- Statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of SFRS and SGX listing requirements.
