Finance Director – Infrastructure & Data Centre Firm

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Finance Director to lead the finance function of a fast‑growing infrastructure firm with a regional footprint. You will own everything from treasury and debt financing to financial planning and analysis, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, optimise working capital and lead debt financing negotiations.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning and provide actionable FP&A insights.
• Build and maintain scalable financial processes, controls and systems.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic business decisions and initiatives.

Required profile

• 12+ years of finance experience with proven debt financing and FP&A exposure.
• Demonstrated success thriving in lean, high‑growth environments.
• Background in infrastructure, data centres or mission‑critical infrastructure sectors.
